1. General Information

2. Sales conditions

a. Purchase of tickets and/or other products

In order to purchase a certain ticket or product, the user must acces to the tickets area, where they will find information relating to prices and schedule, which will include 10 % VAT (Value Added Tax). When the user has finished selecting the tickets or articles they wish to purchase, the process is finalised by selecting the payment method. Once the purchase procedure has been completed, the user will receive a confirmation email with their purchase details at the email given during the registration process.

b. Means of payment

Payment will be made using a POS terminal provided by CAIXABANK, designed so that its products can be purchased and paid for online using bank cards in a safe and secure manner. Aside from the many other security measures, this means of payment uses encrypted information via the SSL protocol, meaning that purchases are made directly with the financial institution and not with the trader, and, additionally, requires the authentication of the card holder by the use of a password.
