Sara Corea

Born in Córdoba, her love for flamenco began at a very early age, as father and grandfather would take Sara to Pozoblanco’s “Agustín Fernández” flamenco club on a weekly basis.

She received formal training in both dance and song, eventually opting professionally for the latter. In 2020 she finalized her studies at the “Conservatorio Superior de Música Rafael Orozco”, where she specialized in Cante Flamenco. Later that year Sara would go on to obtain her Master´s degree in Research and Analysis of Flamenco, from the University of Córdoba.

Throughout her artistic career, Sara has performed alongside great dance figures such as María Pagés, José Barrios, Carmen Ledesma, David Caro, or Hugo López among many others. She has also performed at numerous renowned festivals and flamenco clubs: Jerez´s festival, Pau´s festival (France) or Córdoba’s “Noche Blanca”.

Sara is currently a teacher of Cante Flamenco at the Professional Music Conservatory Cristóbal de Morales, in Seville. It is in this city that you can easily find her singing at the best tablaosamong the most influential figures of the current flamenco scene.
