Rosario Amador

This artist from Seville comes from a family with a long flamenco tradition, “Los Amador”. She stepped onto her first stage, first as a dancer, with the renowned cantaoras Bernarda and Fernanda de Utrera, and the guitar player Manuel Dominguez.

She trained at the dance conservatory in Seville, but soon began to sing, touring various flamenco peñas, and participating in important flamenco festivals. In the year 2000, she began a tour of Japan with artists such as Manolo Marín, Ana Salazar, and Soraya Clavijo. She has also performed in cities such as Helsinki, Brussels, and Amsterdam.

Currently she is part of Carmen Linares’ company, and has just published her first album, entitled “Alma y Corazón
