Born in Malaga in 1984. She began her dance studies at the early age of four in the academies of her home town. She has had the opportunity to work and share the stage with artists such as José Mercé, Carmen Linares and José de la Tomasa.
Throughout her professional career she has won 1st Prize in the Young Dance Competition of the Cristina Heeren Foundation and the National Dance Prize for Alegrías de La Perla de Cádiz. In the 14th edition of the Seville Biennial, she won the Giraldillo prize for the best new artist. She has been awarded the “Miguel Acal” National Critics’ Prize, granted by the A.C.E.I.F. (Association of Flamenco Critics and Researchers).
In 2011 she begins the tour of her show “Primer Amor” under the direction of David Montero, and with the dancer from Seville David Pérez, with the collaboration of the singer Esther Quirós. Also noteworthy is their participation in the Mont de Marsan festival, where they present their show “Piel de Bata”, created with the dancer Milagros Menjíbar, with which they are touring a large part of Spain.
At present, she also teaches at the Cristina Heeren Foundation of Flamenco Art in Seville, and gives courses in various centres, such as the Professional Dance Conservatory in Seville, the Higher Dance Conservatory in Malaga and numerous schools abroad.
