Originally from Beas (Huelva), she begins her flamenco journey while still a child, going on to win the first prize at fandango championship \u201cPie de Olivo\u201d at age 10. This achievement is followed by many others, such as best overall at a national level at \u201cCol\u00f3n Flamenco\u201d in Huelva, 2017.<\/p>\n
Mayoral begins her studies at the Huelva Flamenco Club, whose trope she\u2019d join in their Andalusian tours. Roc\u00edo continues her academic career at Cristina Heeren\u2019s prestigious flamenco art Foundation, where she currently teaches.<\/p>\n
Despite her youth, she has an extensive curriculum. In the year 2009, Roc\u00edo records her first demo. Later, in 2014, she joins Reyes Leon\u2019s troupe performing \u201cLa Gran Matanza\u201d, a blockbuster\u00a0 performance in acclaimed venues such as Teatro Lope de Vega in Seville.<\/p>\n
Her mastery of the cante \u201cpalante\u201d comes at no surprise due to the use of her powerful yet delicate voice, with which she has delighted multiple crowds at flamenco clubs and festivals. Roc\u00edo is also a staple on some of the most prestigious flamenco lineups, in both international and local \u201ctablaos\u201d and venues.<\/p>\n
Rocio has performed alongside very well know professionals, such as Arc\u00e1ngel, Falete and Manuel Lombo.<\/p>\n
