He was born in Cadiz, where he began his studies of flamenco and classical Spanish at the Paco del Puerto School in the city of Cadiz. Later he continued his training in Jerez de la Frontera with teachers like Antonio “El Pipa”, and in Seville with Manolo Mar\u00edn, Eva Yerbabuena, “El Junco”, and Andr\u00e9s Mar\u00edn, among others.<\/p>\n
Throughout his artistic career he has been part of many companies with which he has toured around the world; like Charo Cruz’s company, Chiqui de Jerez’s company, Ballet Flamenco de Madrid, etc.<\/p>\n
In 2009 he won second prize in the competition of the Federation of Pe\u00f1as of Seville for Young Flamenco Values. That same year he joined Carlos Carbonell’s company, with the show “Acompasados”, presented at the Festival de Jerez.<\/p>\n
In 2011 he wins the first prize in the Concurso Nacional por Alegr\u00edas de la Perla de C\u00e1diz, and the second prize in the Concurso Aniya la Gitana de Ronda.<\/p>\n
In 2014, he wins the first prize in the Flamenco Cuidad de Ubrique contest, thus participating in the La Piel (Ubrique) Flamenco Festival.
