Jos\u00e9 Montes is a flamenco dancer from Seville. He has studied in the Professional School of Dance\u201cAntonio Ruiz Soler\u201d, the Andalusian Centre of Dance and the Flamenco Art Foundation Cristina Heeren, where he was awarded a scholarship for three years of studying by the Cajasol Foundation and the Tread Right Foundation.<\/p>\n
In 2021 he premiered his first show, named \u201cCiudad de Plata\u201d, which debuted in Seville, reaching as far as Viena. That same year he also participated in \u201cRecital\u201d along the company Compa\u00f1\u00eda B, within Andorra\u2019s Flamenco Festival \u201cVerde, que te quiero, verde\u201d as well as in the show \u201cCon Bata y Mant\u00f3n\u201d, a production of the Cristina Heeren Foundation that premiered in the Teatro Real de Madrid.<\/p>\n
Between the years 2023 and 2024 he performed for tours through Mexico, in citis like Guadalajara, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, San Luis Potos\u00ed, Quer\u00e9taro and Mexico City. In 2025 he participated in the show \u201cLa Pecaora\u201d for the Joy Awards in Saudi Arabia; and in 2026 he joined the company Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana for the United States tour of the show \u201cQuinto Elemento\u201d, choreographed by Patricia Guerrero and Eduardo Leal.
